DHL EXPRESS :​

 - Europe : 2 to 3 days​

 - Rest of the world : 3 to 6 days (with exceptions)

DHL STANDARD :​

 - Europe only : 3 to 5 business days (with exceptions)​

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods.​

Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, may result in delivery delays.

Tracking your delivery​

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.​

Delivery charges​

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the following factors:​

 - Destination country/location​

 - The delivery option chosen from several different shipping methods (Express or Standard)​

RETURNS 

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it, by following the steps below :​

 ​

1. Register your return request​

​ - By filling in the following form: Initiate a return​

 - By logging into your customer account on claudiepierlot.com. Click on "return items" in the order. 

​

2.  Make sure the items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you.​
​

3. Place the items in their original packaging, or in equivalent packaging.
​

4.  Seal your package and affix the prepaid return label received by email.​
​

5. Drop off your package at one of the courier's collection points. ​

We recommend that you check that the courier scans your parcel at the time of collection, to ensure that your return can be tracked. 

 ​

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, our teams will perform a quality check within the following few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2 to 10 days.

 ​

To be accepted and refunded, the return should comply with the following condition :​

 - The labels must be attached to the items you are returning.​

 - Items returned must be new, unworn, spotlessly clean and unwashed.

Claudie Pierlot reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above conditions.​
