EASY RETURNS
Exceptionally, during Archives sales, returns are at your expense. The amount of €7, corresponding to return costs, will be deducted from your refund. 
Except for Archives items, returns are free of charge.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind. During this period, you must exercise your right to return an item by printing out the prepaid returns label via your 'My account' area or the 'Order tracking' page.
You then have 14 days from the date your returns label is generated to return your parcel to us. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
EXCHANGES IN STORE
You cannot exchange or return to a store items bought during an online Last Chance or Archives sale.
